UNLOCKD Digital Gift Card

What can I buy with an UNLOCKD Digital Gift Card?

The UNLOCKD Digital Gift Card is redeemable on all products at UNLOCKD.PRO, including car wash soaps, interior cleaners, wheel and tire care, protective products, detailing kits, tools, and accessories. Your recipient can choose supplies for regular vehicle maintenance or put the gift toward upgrading their detailing setup. It’s particularly useful when you’re unsure which products they already own or what their vehicle needs. They choose the products, while you choose the amount you want to give.

How is the digital gift card delivered, and is it suitable for a last-minute gift?

Your digital gift card is automatically sent to the email address provided at checkout after purchase. The email contains a unique gift card code for shopping at UNLOCKD.PRO, so there’s no physical card to ship or parcel delivery to arrange. This makes it a practical option for last-minute birthdays, holidays, and thank-you gifts. Double-check your email address before completing checkout, and confirm that the gift card email has arrived before forwarding it to your recipient.

Can I buy the gift card now and give it to someone later?

Yes. Have the gift card delivered to your own email address, then forward the email to your recipient when you’re ready. This gives you control over when they receive it, whether you’re planning a birthday surprise or shopping ahead for the holidays. You can also print the email containing the redemption code and place it inside a greeting card. Keep the code readable and private: your recipient will need it to apply the gift card at online checkout.

Does the UNLOCKD Digital Gift Card expire?

No. The UNLOCKD Digital Gift Card has no expiration date, so your recipient can wait until they know what they need. That flexibility is useful for someone planning a new detailing setup, waiting until spring to refresh their wash supplies, or preparing for winter vehicle care. There’s no need to choose products immediately simply because the gift has arrived. Save the original gift card email somewhere easy to find so the redemption code is available when it’s time to shop.

How do I redeem my UNLOCKD gift card online?

Choose your products at UNLOCKD.PRO, add them to your cart, and enter the unique gift card code in the designated field at checkout. Apply the code and review the order summary to confirm that the gift card amount has been applied before completing your purchase. Use the code from the gift card email, rather than your order confirmation number. If the code isn’t accepted, check that you copied it correctly and contact UNLOCKD if the issue continues.

Do digital gift card purchases qualify for free gifts or promotional products?

No. Orders containing only digital gift cards do not qualify for shipped free gifts or promotional items, regardless of the amount spent. This applies even if a free product appears automatically in your cart or a promotional banner advertises a gift with purchase. An automatically added promotional item does not count as a purchased physical product and will not be shipped with a gift-card-only order. Orders containing purchased physical products remain subject to the applicable promotion’s eligibility requirements.

What should I do if my digital gift card email hasn’t arrived?

Check the inbox associated with the email address entered at checkout, including its spam, junk, and promotions folders. Search for “UNLOCKD” or “gift card,” and remember that the gift card email may be separate from your order confirmation. If someone purchased the card for you, ask them to check their inbox as well. If you still cannot locate it, contact UNLOCKD with your order number and the email address used for the purchase so the order can be reviewed.

Is a car care gift card a good choice for someone who already has detailing products?

Yes. A car care gift card lets an experienced enthusiast or professional detailer choose what’s missing from their setup instead of receiving another product they already own. They may need replacement wash supplies, a particular brush, a drying towel, or an accessory that works with their equipment. It also avoids guessing which formula suits their paint protection or interior materials. The recipient can review individual product directions and compatibility before choosing, making the gift useful even when their detailing preferences are very specific.
